The exhibition Luigi Ghirri. Rosso Ferrari, hosted by MAUTO, is an immersion in the world of the famous photographer, exploring both the commissions and his personal research related to the Cavallino Rampante. Ghirri captures the production phases in the Ferrari plant of the 1980s, offering a look inside the offices, laboratories and workshops, narrating the assembly and transformation processes that bind cars and photography. A series on a scale replica of a Ferrari F40, set on a golf course with a pilot-child, adds a touch of surrealism. The final section, dedicated to Pierluigi Cerri's set-up at the Belvedere Fort in Florence in 1988, mixes Renaissance architecture with iconic Ferrari models and Cerri's glass structures.
